These terms apply to every order placed with Vibraflex UK through this website. Please read them before ordering.

2. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock or an obvious pricing error has occurred — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. Promotional prices apply while the promotion runs; the reference price of £199.95 is the price at which the product is ordinarily offered outside a promotion.

4. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Estimated delivery times are set out on our shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we additionally offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. Full details are on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Product information

The Vibraflex Triple Method Back Massager is a general wellbeing massage device. It is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Content on this website, including customer reviews and guides, is general information and is not medical advice. Individual experiences vary.

7. Safe use

Use the product in accordance with the instructions supplied. Do not use it over broken skin, during pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. Seek advice from a qualified clinician if you have a diagnosed condition or are unsure whether the product is suitable for you.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and the Vibraflex name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
