Shipping & delivery
Every order is sent on a free tracked service from our UK warehouse. There are no delivery charges and no surcharges at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.

Tracking
You will get an order confirmation by email straight away, and a tracking link as soon as the parcel is collected by the courier. If the tracking email has not arrived within two working days, check your spam folder and then email support@vibraflexbackmassager.co.uk.
Where we ship
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We are not able to deliver outside the UK at present.
Missed deliveries and wrong addresses
The courier will attempt delivery and leave a card or notification if nobody is in. Please double-check your address and postcode at checkout — if a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will re-send it once you confirm the correct details.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
