Vibraflex UK respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Order and delivery details — your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can take, pack and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure systems. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support correspondence — emails and messages you send us, kept so we can help you and keep a record of returns.
• Technical data — basic information your browser sends, such as device type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and improve it.

Why we are allowed to use it

• Contract — to take payment for and deliver the order you placed.
• Legal obligation — to keep sales and tax records for the period required by law.
• Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, answer support queries and keep the site secure and functioning.
• Consent — for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, with: our delivery couriers (name, address, phone, email for tracking notifications); our payment provider; our email and website service providers; and our accountants or HMRC where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to satisfy UK tax and accounting requirements. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe and for a short period afterwards to evidence the withdrawal.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to remember your basket selection and the delivery details you have started typing, so you do not lose them if you navigate away. These stay on your own device. Any analytics or marketing cookies are only set where you have agreed to them.

Your rights

You have the right to access a copy of your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased where it is no longer needed, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. Email support@vibraflexbackmassager.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
